Miami Subs Pizza & Grill provides guidance and training prior to opening, followed by continuing operational support for each franchise location. Your 6-week franchisee training program offers both practical kitchen instruction and classroom training. You will spend time at the company’s Headquarters as well as in operating locations. While the Miami Subs’ Training Facility offers an important part of your education, the best experience comes from a “real world” setting, and is achieved by becoming a Team Member Trainee in an existing location.

The Miami Subs Pizza & Grill support program includes help with architecture, site selection, purchasing, product development, marketing, inventory control, and continual operations support. All of this will give you the proper procedures and tools to create the optimum opportunity for success.
