Prior to opening your KFC business, three key people of your franchise team will receive KFC’s expert franchise training. These 3 key people could include the franchise owner , Restaurant’s General Manager or an Above Store Leader. Training lasts from 8 to 10 weeks (depending on the franchise location) and is offered both by the KFC Company in Louisville, Kentucky and in official training locations across the nation. The franchisee will be required to pay a very reasonable fee for the training and is responsible for all expenses of the management team including lodging and travel.

KFC is constantly working to both improve existing products and develop new products. As a KFC franchisee, you will benefit from the companies great experience and effectiveness in marketing, and will receive order forms for POP and other advertising materials for specific promotions as well as a calendar of upcoming events from the brand marketing departments.
