As a new franchise owner, you will start by attending BrightStar’s 4-day new franchsee boot camp. Here you will be oriented in the business and be given all of the information you need to open as quickly as possible. BrightStar will also provide you the criteria to help gather your office team.
As you get closer to your grand opening, you will then attend the company’s 5-day training with your team, which will prepare you for the BrightStar business. This training will cover every aspect of the business from how to find clients, answer the phones, how to hire, and the Athena Business System. Franchisees will choose an operations or sales role in the beginning and then hire someone for the position they do not fill as well.
