SYNERGY HomeCare claims higher rank among top franchisors

SYNERGY HomeCare has announced that it has moved up into 177th place in the latest annual rankings of the top 500 franchisors published by Entrepreneur.com. This position, up from 182 since 2011 and 406 in 2010, shows, the company says, its consistent strong growth in the franchising and health care industries.

In addition to adding over 100 franchise units in less than five years, SYNERGY HomeCare is developing new services to position itself as the premier provider of care for all ages. In 2011, for example, the franchisor created a Skilled Services Division, which allows select franchise partners to provide medical care in the home. Currently, 17 SYNERGY HomeCare franchise units have upgraded their services to provide skilled care.

Edward Lowe, Director of Skilled Services, commented, “The development of Skilled Nursing services has resulted in contracts with national commercial companies and partnerships with healthcare organizations, which will fuel the continued growth in the number of franchises and expanded healthcare services. Combining skilled nursing services with our non-medical care provides clients and families peace of mind.”

Furthermore, according to the information provided, SYNERGY HomeCare re-launched a Regional Developer program in 2011, which has yielded nine Regional Developers and a greater number of single unit franchisees.

SYNERGY HomeCare was founded in 2002 and currently has more than 120 franchises in 30 states. (kbp)
