The Ruby Tuesday franchise, a popular high-quality casual dining restaurant chain, has announced that it has entered into a three-year partnership with dunnhumbyUSA, an international leader in consumer insights, to incorporate continually updated information about customer behavior and preferences into day-to-day decision making at the company's restaurants across the U.S. According to the information provided, this agreement represents an exclusive partnership for dunnhumbyUSA in the casual-dining sector of the foodservice industry.
"We're excited about where our brand is today and that our guests have noticed the changes in our restaurants," said Sandy Beall, Chairman, CEO and founder of Ruby Tuesday, Inc.
