MaidPro ranked Top Maid Service in 2011 Franchisee Satisfaction Award
MaidPro has announced that it ranked as the top Maid Service in the Franchise Business Review's 2011 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards. Furthermore, MaidPro was placed sixth in FBR's 'Best of the Best' Overall Top 50 among all the franchisees surveyed. The 2011 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards were announced recently at the International Franchise Association's 51st Annual Convention at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
According to the information provided, over 65,000 franchisees from more than 300 registered franchise systems were invited to participate in the FBR's satisfaction survey. Scores were determined based upon franchisee experiences and satisfaction levels reported across critical areas such as training and support, franchise system, franchisor relationship, financial opportunity and overall satisfaction. Franchise systems were then ranked based on a proprietary formula taking into account each company's average satisfaction score, system size and the rate of franchisee participation in the survey.
