Indian Cuisine in Burlington
The Rasoee franchise has announced the opening of a new restaurant in Burlington by its franchisee John Hawron. According to the information provided, record sales were achieved during the first few weeks of operation. The new restaurant was officially opened to the public on November 24. A VIP evening was held on December 3 and the opening process was then concluded with the restaurant’s Grand Opening on December 5 & 6.
Rasoee is the Hindi word for “kitchen” - Hindi is the most widely spoken language in Northern India, where the Rasoee story originally began. According to the company, the Rasoee expansion project began in 2002 with the goal of creating a quick-casual contemporary Indian restaurant chain that would serve gourmet cuisine within minutes at affordable prices. Rasoee's new restaurant design unites contemporary western and ancient Indian design philosophies aiming to provide customers with an oasis from the hectic everyday life by providing a soothing environment to complement the carefully prepared cuisine.
