AlphaGraphics’ sales exceed the $300 million mark
A report published on the Internet portal, graphicartsonline, has revealed that AlphaGraphics, a leading print, graphics and marketing communications franchisor, has enjoyed a record- breaking year in system sales. According to the information provided, the AlphaGraphics' network of more than 250 business centers exceeded $300 million in total sales for their fiscal year of 2008 (2007: $294 million).
Kevin K. Cushing, CEO of AlphaGraphics, commented on this achievement, saying “AlphaGraphics is thriving and continuing to award franchises even in this economic climate because we appeal to entrepreneurs who are looking for a business-to-business concept that can replace their executive and upper-management incomes without being required to open multiple locations. Our success is based on the simple fact that our concept works and it's what both our franchisees and their clients want and need, that's why we expect to keep growing.”
The report also says that AlphaGraphics is expecting to open up around 20 new locations before the end of the year and is planning to both expand in markets where AlphaGraphics already has a presence as well as in new markets. (kbp)
