It's important to state first that New City franchisees aren't cleaners. Actually, our operating system doesn't allow franchise owners to handle cleaning work themselves. The New City franchise is very much a management business.
It will be your job to build durable business relationships with customers, manage and recruit your cleaning team, and make sure that our premium quality business standards are met or even exceeded by management and regular monitoring of the processes, providing feedback and responding to the needs of the client. We will handle marketing campaigns throughout your territory, and pass you the leads and responses which our campaigns generate.
You will closely follow our proven methods to maximize your income, and from there the relationship with the clients becomes yours to nurture and develop. Usually working from home you will run a small team of cleaners, perhaps only three or four initially, and as this team will be field-based much of your role will be to ensure that the systems and standards are being maintained by client visits and regular monitoring.
As you get busier you may want to take on an Area Manager, and we will help you with all the important steps and decisions, to take your business forward to the next level . All debtor management and invoicing will be handled for you, which means you will be free to focus on the rewarding and enjoyable aspects of a New City franchise business.
