LadyVit combines the latest knowledge from the fitness branch with proven natural healing techniques.

The seven pillars of the LadyVit beauty and vitality concept are:

1. The ‘prefit’ vitality check means that an individual and targeted vitality programme can be drawn up for each woman. Individual assistance tailored to the needs of the clients – word-of-mouth plays an important role here and means your customer base will quickly expand.

2. The 30-minute circuit training that the women carry out in your studio is varied and fun.

3. The vibration training with Zhendong improves the figure and increases energy levels and feelings of well-being. In short: effective healthy training for women who wish to achieve a lot in a short space of time.

4. The LadyVit eating programme drawn up by Heike Backes is based on an individual eating analysis: the aim here is not to diet or stop eating but to change eating habits to make eating more fun.

5. Passive body forming: using electronic neuromuscular stimulation (NMS), it is possible to lose weight in a targeted manner and in the places where the women wish to lose weight: i.e. the problem areas.

6. Detox: the new DETOX procedure enhances the body’s detoxification processes, increases energy levels and prepares the body to lose weight.
