History

FranchiseRoute was established by Brian Burns as a result of the success in Franchising his own business. In 1989, Brian founded his own Asset Leasing business, expanding the business during the '90s by both employing direct sale people and recruiting independent agents.

Brian’s experience with the success of his first franchise business showed him that there is a huge opportunity for similar businesses to reap the financial rewards by developing their own Franchise programme. However, the problem is that these businesses do not have the required knowledge, experience and processes to launch such a franchise programme… but FranchiseRoute does.

FranchiseRoute is now working with a number of businesses developing their Franchise programmes and is looking for associate Regional Franchisor Directors to take their Franchise programme to the rest of the UK and beyond. FranchiseRoute is looking for entrepreneurs who have the ambition to build a lucrative business, working with national and international clients.

Business Model

A FranchiseRoute Franchisor Development Director, will work with regional Businesses to develop individual Franchise expansion strategies. You will liaise with their Management teams, delivering specialist Franchising packages into their business cycle.

There are four revenue streams:

1. Franchisor Sign Up Fee’s - £2000 per Franchisor

2. Franchisee Sign Up Fee’s – 40% of Franchise Fee

3. Franchisee Training Courses – 10% of Franchise Fee

4. Franchisee Coaching and Mentoring Sessions - £950 per Day
