Description of franchise system

Time for a new kind of recruitment agency

We - Debbie Smyth and Debbie Riddy - met for the first time in 2000. This acquaintance changed our lives. We agreed that our area needed a modern recruitment agency for ordinary people and ordinary jobs. This gave rise to Everyday Recruitment Agency. Right from we had so much to do that after the first year, we had already grown so large that we opened a second outlet.

This was the start of our franchising concept with many more outlets following. Our enormous expansion soon showed clearly that our core sector was the healthcare market. So we focused on this sector in the first place by CSCI registration for all ERA Healthcare offices. This put us in the position to provide qualified nurses and domiciliary care to our customers, plus we were now able to open a healthcare training centre to instruct our staff and to train all other local care providers.

We have gained a premium reputation for sensitive and excellently trained staff to Councils, NHS, and also the Private sector. For further expansion, we decided to focus on franchising of our concept. Our opportunity is available only to caring people who will promote our values and the spirit of the ERA brand and work with us to go on in a professional and positive way.

Franchise concept

Our franchise package

Safety and quality first! All carers will be extensively interviewed and must have manual handling and be police checked. They must be able to show qualified references, because we only place people if we can be confident about their qualifications.

ERA Healthcare has a large database of staff that works for us regularly, so we can supply the same carers with the same client as often as possible. As a new franchisee you will plan and implement local promotional activities and recruit, manage, train and motivate your staff.

We calculate ERA franchise territories on basis of the official census from 2001. Another fact you should consider when you think about our franchise opportunity is that our population is continuously aging.

There are currently about 1.5 million people of 85 in the UK, and more and more people need care. Most of them would prefer to be cared for at home, instead of going into a retirement home. Believe us, there has never been a better time to start an ERA Healthcare franchise business.
