Established since 1980 Castle Estates has been delivering its highly successful franchising formula since 1990 and now has outlets throughout the UK and Ireland. With such a wealth of experience Castle Estates offers franchisees the best chance of success in establishing a successful business in what is often a highly competitive, though very rewarding market.

To do this a franchisee needs the highest quality of training and support and with its two year training programme Castle Estates, the first specialist property management company to be accorded Full Member status by the British Franchise Association, is the very best place to find those essential ingredients.

However, even though franchisees are 5 times more likely to succeed than independent start-ups even with the most proven packages the final results will always ultimately depend on the effort and application of the franchisee.
A Castle Estates franchise is no exception, but the management team have an enviable reputation within the industry and can bring new franchisees into the industry down a route that has already been well tried and tested.

The franchisee needs all the usual attributes to be found in a successful franchisee in any business section - drive, ambition, determination and so on. To develop a soundly based Castle Estates franchise also requires in particular good interpersonal and sound communication skills, in short the ability to relate to customers and contacts at all levels, establish a rapport and create that must precious of commodities, trust.

The Franchise Service provides a license for each franchisee to trade in property management services under the banner of Castle Estates. Prior to the granting of this license new franchisees first undertake a very intensive initial training course lasting 18 days and usually spread over 6 weeks. Once this first phase of the two year training programme has been completed the franchise holder is able to benefit from the remainder of our comprehensive two year training programme. The recruitment process usually takes between 3-6 months, though a fast track approach can be adopted for franchisees in a position to move more quickly. Only after several meetings and completing a detailed territory research pack does any firm commitment take place, and even then on the part of the franchisee this is only an indication of intent.
