Prior to the granting of this license new franchisees first undertake a very intensive initial training course lasting 18 days and usually spread over 6 weeks. Once this first phase of the two year training programme has been completed the franchise holder is able to benefit from the remainder of our comprehensive two year training programme. The recruitment process usually takes between 3-6 months, though a fast track approach can be adopted for franchisees in a position to move more quickly.
