Business concept
1st-finder is more than a lost & found service for lost keys. With 1st-finder, you attract practically every person who is capable of losing something: young and old, professors and students, women and men – put in a nutshell everyone.
1st-finder acts worldwide thanks to its international logistics partner. Whether it’s a mobile, laptop, digital camera or MP3 player, whether it’s a briefcase or glasses case – we make sure that lost property is returned to its rightful owner.
Consumers stick the 1st-finder label, that they have purchased, onto the product that is to be protected and then register it with 1st-finder. If a missing object is found, then the person who found it informs the head office of this per Internet, letter or telephone. The head office then arranges for it to be picked up and returned to the registered owner. The whole of the logistics chain is managed by head office; the 1st-finder sales partner has nothing to do with this work.
The licensees concentrate on selling 1st-finder to final consumers. Our licensees are given a reserved area, for which they have exclusive rights, where they sell the 1st-finder sets. Depending on the type of customer, sets contain 1-4 lost & found labels and cost between approx. 5 and 20 euros. Final consumers do not purchase a subscription that is automatically extended but a service for one year. After that he/she is free to choose whether they wish to extend the registration period or not. Our partners, of course, also receive money for extended registration periods.
Various sales channels can be used; it is possible to sell them via kiosks, shops and sales people working in the field. The partners also receive a share of the sales concluded via the Internet as well as via large national events such as exhibitions and promotional events carried out by head office.
