According to the information provided by the company, each franchisee operates within an exclusive geographical area and offers a comprehensive property search and letting & management service to a busy professional client base. They are also provided with a professionally branded package giving them the necessary knowledge and expertise needed to develop the business and enable them to deliver a first class service to their clients.
A wide range of support measures is provided by the franchisor including a support team to help each franchisee to develop their business, annual marketing plans involving publications, exhibitions and PR campaigns and a “turnkey” package to help franchisees run a professional marketing operation.
Medics on the Move does not, it says, expect potential franchisees to have all the skills in place, as every new franchisee takes part in a comprehensive training course. They should, however, be “passionate” about customer service.
