The chain of real-estate agencies offers to its franchisees a new line of business, Vega Finance, which hereinafter will be commercialised as an independent brand.
Vega New House, the real-estate franchise, has presented in its new head offices in Madrid its double franchise: Vega Real-estate New House and Vega Finance. During the next year the franchisees that join to the brand will be able to possess the presence of both lines of business to give an integral service to all its clients and without any additional fees.
The idea of Vega New House is to give a complete service that allows to its franchisees to obtain direct additional income as well as they could offer an added value to the clients. The head office is the one that will mind about activities so weighed as the contracting of a company of reforms, the electricity and the telephone or the searching of a moving company.
Vega Finance, the second line of business of Vega New House, is an exemption dedicated to the financial intermediation that complements the activity of Vega Real-estate New House. It gives to the clients hypothecary solutions, reunification of obligations, lendings, ASNEF/RAI, private capital, money in 24 hours and detention of seizures, for which Vega New House has signed agreements with banks.

The initial investment is 50.000 Euros, 15.000 Euros of right of entry already included.
