POPULAR! Gourmet Popcorn aims to set up a Europe-wide network
Popular! franchisees run so-called Gourmet Popcorn Shops which sell more than 20 different flavours of popcorn. The popcorn is freshly prepared on the premises and is mixed, for example, with dark chocolate, caramel and almond flakes, white chocolate and coconut or – as a savoury snack – with sour cream, onions and chives.
The Gourmet Popcorn concept has been tested since 2004. Using the knowledge and experiences gained from this, Popular! has been continuously further developing both its products and concept. The shops and the overall design was drawn up with the help of a London-based design agency.
According to the company, it provides its franchisees with a wide range of advantages including the opportunity to become a part of Europe’s first chain of popcorn stores, low investment sums, low operative costs and a high gross margin. In addition to this, it offers full-service support via its Popular! head office.
