Party franchise reports business is booming
Emporium Parties, one of the leading children’s party franchises, has announced that it has appointed its fifth franchisee with the four founder franchisees all reporting record growth in sales, despite the doom and gloom of the current economic climate.
Emporium, which was first established twelve years ago and launched as a franchise in late 2009, delivers music & dance based / makeover & beauty based or action based parties to children ranging from three years old to teenagers. With the current portfolio of party themes boasting a whopping 70 different choices, it seems Britain’s children’s party business is booming as Emporium’s franchisee base all report the need to expand teams in response to an enhanced demand for their services.
Commenting on the growth of the franchisee network, franchise owner Karen Friend says, “It seems that regardless of the undisputed clamp down on household expenditure, parents are still prepared to invest in a memorable party for their children. And at a time when parents are mindful of getting the best value for money party which represents minimal disruption to their work schedule whilst delivering maximum enjoyment for their kids, Emporium is ideally placed to provide the ideal entertainment solution. Most of our sales are generated via positive word of mouth recommendation so we know that our party formula is favourably received – and with the heightened interest in children’s party providers, courtesy of a certain royal connection (!), we are receiving unprecedented interest in our franchise opportunity. We are currently having to turn away business for the West Kent, Surrey and London areas so are particularly keen to hear from franchise prospects in these regions.” (kbp)
