Paketeria franchise chain continues to expand
The Paketeria franchise business has opened up its first branch in the German city of Frankfurt am Main. “Each new branch is confirmation that our concept is working properly. We are intending to set up a Paketeria network throughout Germany and not only in the large cities but also in smaller towns,” explained Andy Rösch, managing director at Paketeria. By 2007, Paketeria is hoping to have built up a network of 1,000 locations throughout Germany. It is also planning to move beyond the German borders and launch its concept both on other European markets as well as in the USA. To achieve this, it is intending to conclude master franchise agreements with suitable partners.
According to the company, Paketeria has developed a service centre which is
both modern and offers a wide range of services. Last year, the business concept
which consisted of a parcel and letter dispatch service and an eBay sales agency
was extended to include a copy service, an express photo development service, a
printer cartridge refill service (Fillfix) as well as a paper shop (stationery
and packaging materials). Being its cooperation partner, PIN AG provides
Paketeria customers with stamps and has PIN letter boxes at every location.
