No Letting Go employs psychometric profiling to aid franchise recruitment process

No Letting Go, an inventory management franchise launched in October 2007 and operating in the residential lettings sector, has introduced a new dynamic approach to franchise recruitment which includes the employment of psychometric profiling to identify suitable franchisee prospects to join the growing No Letting Go network.

According to information provided by the company, No Letting Go has introduced psychometric profiling as part of the company’s franchisee selection protocol in a bid to identify franchisees with the desired No Letting Go qualities – i.e. the vision to grow their own business, driven / motivated self starters with a strong sales / business focus and candidates with a thorough, meticulous approach to work. The underlying premise of psychometric profiling is, the company says, the supply of sophisticated management tools to enable an improved understanding of an individual’s personality and behaviour. No Letting Go claims the employment of such techniques is paying dividends in terms of the recruitment of high calibre prospects, accurately vetted to ensure their suitability to run one of the company’s inventory management franchises.

No Letting Go has been consistently using Personality Survey System (a psychometric profiling product exclusively available from Success Dynamics) to screen franchise prospects. The system measures essential work related aspects of an individual’s personality to produce a speedy, comprehensive and highly accurate profile. The resulting profile provides an in-depth insight into the individual’s strengths and weaknesses; motivational factors; preferred learning style; people skills; management style; sales and management potential; team player / leader potential and behaviour under pressure.

Commenting on the recent initiative, managing director Nick Lyons said, “Finding franchisees with the relevant experience, skill set and genuine vision / ability to run their own business is fundamental to the success of the No Letting Go franchise. Without the right people on board, the company cannot perform to its optimum capacity and therefore will fall short of its commercial potential. We have been delighted with not only the accuracy of Personality Survey System in terms of pinpointing high calibre personnel to join our winning team, but also with the product’s ability to hone the recruitment process, helping us avoid making costly errors of judgment in relation to the appointment of unsuitable prospects”.
