No Letting Go: a new franchise in the lettings services market
Last month marked the start of the first franchised business to operate within the inventory management sector: No Letting Go is, it says, the only national brand within its category and was developed specifically for the residential lettings inventory market. New housing legislation has resulted in the introduction of tenancy deposit protection schemes which means, the company says, there is an even greater need now for a clear, fair and consistent inventory management service.
Managing Director, Nick Lyons, commented on the launch saying, “We are committed to raising the bar for companies operating within the inventory management business by offering a modern, fresh and above all entirely professional and consistent service to letting agents and landlords.”
According to information provided by the company, prospective franchisees require no prior experience of the inventory management sector. The company provides a comprehensive training programme where franchisees learn all the necessary skills and expertise to run such a business. No Letting Go will also be carrying out a marketing campaign which will, it says, be concentrating to begin with on recruiting franchisees to set up a national network.
The No Letting Go concept was developed by Nick Lyons who is also the founder of a property reports business and managing director of an established estate agency franchise. No Letting Go is a member of the British Franchise Association.
