News from the Playboy franchise

Celebrity Lab is the company which has been busy expanding the Playboy brand across Europe since 2005 with the aim of increasing the public’s awareness of both the brand and the business network. The franchise has already extended the Playboy product range to include the Playmate range and it is now introducing the sport-oriented Playboy Physical collection onto the market.

The franchise’s current target is to accelerate the business’ development in the different European countries. Customer awareness and loyalty have been increased thanks to the network setting up shop-in-shops which only sell the franchise’s Playboy products. 

These franchise stores need a surface area of at least 30m² and must be located on busy locations. Furthermore, franchisees must have business experience of selling similar products. The franchisor provides franchisees with a wide range of support including business management assistance, taking back unsold goods, planning the product range and helping with visual merchandising.
