HR solutions franchise urges franchisors to improve their recruitment process

Success Dynamics - the HR solutions franchise - is urging fellow franchised businesses to invest in the power of psychometric profiling to improve the accuracy and efficiency of their recruitment process.

According to the company, the underlying premise of psychometric profiling is the supply of sophisticated management tools to enable an improved understanding of an individual’s personality and behaviour. The importance of appointing the right people for a business was highlighted in a recent survey undertaken by Success Dynamics (involving 50 MDs and company owners) which revealed that 85% of senior management cite staff as the business’ most valuable asset. Survey participants also highlighted the growing interest in psychometric profiling as a means to enhance a company’s recruitment process with 71% of respondents agreeing that their current recruitment practice could benefit from the use of this type of management tool.
