Gymboree franchise continues to raise money for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital
Gymboree has announced that it is continuing its fundraising activities to support its chosen charity of the year, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. According to the information provided, parties and events have already been taking place and many more are planned right across the UK. The company's overall aim is, it says, to raise money for a vital piece of equipment to treat children with abnormal heart rhythms. After 4 months, it is already a third of the way to this £10,000 target and so it is hoping to achieve this figure and more.
For 35 years, Gymboree has been helping turn learning into fun as one of the world’s leading providers of children’s developmental programmes. Established in 1976, Gymboree began its UK operations in January 2000 and since then has grown to over 30 franchises across England and Scotland. (kbp)
