Funky Monkeys franchise looking to expand
Funky Monkeys was set up in order to provide children’s activity destinations that were ‘much better than average’. The original activity centre opened its doors to the public in the autumn of 2004. These children’s indoor activity centres also include a café serving quality snacks and drinks as well as tempting party food whereby emphasis is always put on healthy eating.
According to the company, the interest in the franchise over the last few years has been extremely high. The franchisor, therefore, recently decided to extend its concept to include its ‘Mobile Funky Monkeys’ opportunity which involves lower start-up costs and enables the concept to be delivered directly to the customer’s venue. It also provides a number of different services from simply hiring out soft play equipment to organising parties involving a wide range of special activities.
Funky Monkeys is, it says, now looking for pilot franchisees to help it launch this concept. Future franchisees can expect to receive dedicated support from the company’s franchising team which, together, has over 16 years’ experience of the soft play industry. (kbp)
