Fressnapf franchise prepares itself for increased internationalisation

The Fressnapf franchise has reacted to the increasing internationalisation of its concept by changing the structure of its organisation. The company has now announced that the managing directors responsible for sales, Johannes Croé and Marc Lukies, will now be dividing up the international markets between each other. Furthermore, a new manager is being taken on for the area of “Supply Chain” which will be responsible for IT, logistics and reference data.

According to the company, Fressnapf Tiernahrungs GmbH is the largest chain of pet shops in Europe. The franchise business currently has around 770 stores in Germany and approx. 1,100 in Europe. (kbp)
