FASTSIGNS promotes Garth Allison to Managing Director

Last month, FASTSIGNS International, Inc., the franchisor of 20 FASTSIGNS® sign and graphics centres in the UK, and over 500 centres worldwide, promoted Garth Allison to managing director of UK operations.

According to the information provided, Allison joined the company in 1995 when he became a FASTSIGNS franchisee running his own centre in Sheffield. During this time he also served as a board member of FASTSIGNS International, Inc.’s Central Marketing Fund (CMF) and the Franchise Advisory Committee (FAC), representing all FASTSIGNS centres in the UK. In March 2004, he then became director of franchise sales in the UK.

Allison commented: “Customer service and franchisee selection have been key factors in our expansion in the UK. We strive for the highest of standards in every aspect of our business and it shows in our consistent sales growth. I am delighted to move into this new leadership role, and I believe we are well-positioned for even greater success in the UK.”

FASTSIGNS® sign and graphics centres offer their customers a full range of custom signs and graphic products, including banners, window and vehicle graphics, floor graphics, safety and identification signage, exhibition graphics and exterior signage for interior and exterior use. The company’s first UK franchise was launched in 1994, and there are now 20 centres throughout the UK and more than 500 centres worldwide. (kbp)
