British Franchise Association ends a successful 2011 with its Chairman’s Dinner

According to a report published on the British Franchise Association's (bfa) website, the bfa once again ended the year with its signature Chairman’s Dinner. The event was held in Birmingham and was attended by over one hundred guests, bringing together many individuals from the franchise sector.

During the event, the bfa Chairman, Michael Eyre, also announced the four recipients of the prestigious bfa Companionships. According to the information provided, the bfa’s Companionship award recognises individuals who have made a significant contribution to the franchise industry and the bfa.

The four individuals named for 2011 were Melvin Lusty from Chemex, David Corbett from Signs Express, Penny Hopkinson from Manual Writers and Gordon Patterson from FDS. All four have extensive experience, expertise and history in franchising. (kbp)
