Signs Express, one of the largest sign businesses in the UK and Ireland, has announced that its head office in Norwich is to receive a visit from NASA astronauts as part of a sponsorship package with The Norfolk Exchange. The Norfolk Exchange is a not-for-profit charity which promotes links between schools and businesses in the county.
According to the information provided, six experienced NASA astronauts, who have returned recently from the ISS, will be travelling to Norfolk on 8th September to meet business people to promote the need for a technically educated work force. The morning will be taken up visiting three schools but for the rest of the day the astronauts will be able to meet the public at three events being held to fund their trip.
As a main sponsor of the trip, staff at Signs Express will receive a visit from 2 of the astronauts to their head office in Norwich and will also attend the evening event where the 6 astronauts will explain their experiences followed by a question and answer session.
