The franchisor’s role and contribution
The franchisor plays an essential role. He intervenes in many sectors to
assist the franchisee or to provide him with solutions and resources….without
substituting for him as the manager of his own business. Most often, he explains
to the franchisee what to do but does not do it for him. The following is only
an indicative list; things change from one franchise to the next.
