ACI.Arb. is the partner leading the Owen White Franchise and Licensing team and he has wide experience in the commercial and litigation fields, including intellectual property and is a recognised legal specialist in franchising. Anton advised the founder members of the British Franchise Association and was responsible for drafting the Association’s constitution. He was appointed the first Legal Adviser to the Association in 1977 and has continued to serve as its legal adviser since that date.
