No Letting Go, a leading UK provider of inventory management services which currently has a network of 18 franchisees (representing a growth of almost 130% in the last 12 months), has announced that it has won the prestigious Supplier of the Year award at the National Landlord and Buy-to-Let awards.
According to the information provided, the awards, which aim to recognize and reward excellence and contributions to raising standards in the private rented sector were hosted by TV presenter and landlord campaigner Konnie Huq. In addition to winning the Supplier of the Year title, No Letting Go was also short-listed in two further categories: Achievement and Customer Service.
The No Letting Go business concept was, the company explains, developed to raise the standards of inventory practice in the UK market and to help protect landlords’ assets through quality reporting and monitoring. Franchisees are welcomed from a variety of backgrounds but all share a common goal: to run a highly profitable and low risk business which serves the property sector. According to the company, the success of the No Letting Go franchise is due in part to the exceptional standard of training offered to all franchisees, which ensures business owners not only have an exceptional knowledge of the inventory management sector and a thorough grasp of lettings practice and associated law, but are also guided in all aspects of how to run a successful property business.
Commenting on the award, managing director Nick Lyons says, “We are absolutely thrilled to be accredited with this title, which firmly positions No Letting Go as the industry’s inventory management supplier of choice. This provides an excellent springboard to market the commitment to excellence for which our business is renowned, and which is an integral aspect of the No Letting Go proposition. As such all of our franchisees will be able to benefit directly from the kudos associated with this win.” (kbp)
