The Howarth Franchising Group in top gear for their latest showcase event

The 2008 Franchise Supplier Showcase put franchisors in the driving seat when they attended the event at the premier Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire. The day was dedicated to presenting specialist suppliers to franchisors and their managers within the franchise community.

According to the Howarth Franchising Group, the line-up of exhibitors included SelectYourFranchise, The Franchise Print Centre, Azura, Moreland Insurance, Croner Consulting, Xero, British Gas Business & Franchise Resales Ltd. They presented a range of topics including franchisee recruitment media, franchisor and franchisee print services, specialist franchise management & communication software, franchisor and franchisee business insurance and regulation compliance services, franchise accountancy software, specialist energy suppliers, along with expert advice on franchise resales.

The success of the day enabled franchisors to network with fellow colleagues within the franchise community. Delighted with the success of the event, Brian Duckett, Chairman of the Howarth Franchising Group, said: “We have received excellent feedback, both from the delegates and the presenters. In these difficult times we want to help franchisors as much as possible and the day is solely about franchisors being introduced to potential suppliers, who can help them market their franchise and manage their franchisees in the most cost-effective way.” (kbp)
