Next week: British Franchise Exhibition in Manchester
A new year, a new business opportunity. People interested in setting up their own business by coming a franchisee, should not miss the British Franchise Exhibition which is being held at Manchester Central (previously known as the G-MEX) on 24th and 25th January 2008.
Many franchise systems will be travelling to the event to present their concepts to potential franchisees. Visitors to the exhibition, however, will also have the opportunity to meet other experts from the world of franchising such as members of the bfa (British Franchise Association), bankers or accountants to learn more about this form of business. Furthermore a number of seminars have been organized to provide further information including ‘An introduction to franchising’ for prospective franchisees and 'How to franchise your business’ for prospective franchisors.
As in other years, the ‘Growing Your Own Business Exhibition & Conference’ has been incorporated into the exhibition and, as the organizers say, provides a forum of advice and services to help people grow their business and will be featuring a free conference and networking activities.
Situated in the heart of Manchester, the Manchester Central is hosting the event on Friday 25th January from10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday 26th January from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance on-line via the British Franchise Association’s website at www.thebfa.org
