NanoCover continues to expand

NanoCover has announced that it has purchased Nano Norway A/S and thus taken a further step towards strengthening its position on the Norwegian market. According to the information provided, Thomas Skalvik, who had formerly held the position of managing director of Nano Norway A/S, is to continue working in the business and is to be responsible for managing sales for Norwegian franchisees and customers.

Furthermore, NanoCover has revealed that it has made an important move in entering the market in Sweden. It signed a master franchise agreement with Ulf Rennstam who has been active as NanoCover’s master franchisee in the country since 1st January 2008. He is in charge of developing NanoCover’s Swedish distribution network, recruiting and training franchisees as well as of sales to chain customers and the industry.

NanoCover Scandinavia is a Danish Company which was founded in 2005. It specialises in the production, distribution, sales and development of NanoCover, a series of surface treatment products. NanoCover has been developed using the newest and most advanced nanotechnologies. The concept was launched in the UK and in Ireland last year. In an interview with FranchiseKey at the Irish Franchise Exhibition in Dublin last year, Leif Hansen, franchise manager for Europe, revealed that NanoCover was first looking to find master franchisees for different regions in the UK and Ireland. A network of franchisees would then be set up once such master agreements had been signed.
