MOLLY MAID franchisee wins top business award

The MOLLY MAID franchise announced recently that Sandra Redmond, MOLLY MAID Franchise Owner from South West London, was named ‘Franchisee of the Year’ at this year’s British Franchise Association/HSBC’S ‘Franchisee of the Year Awards’ ceremony held at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre at the beginning of October.

According to the information provided, Sandra, who has been running her Wimbledon MOLLY MAID franchise for over 14 years, has driven her business to impressive heights, continuing to increase her sales and profits over the last two years despite experiencing some of the worst trading conditions in her career. In the face of adversity, Sandra has implemented various initiatives from creative marketing activities to cost control systems in order to maintain her number one position in the MOLLY MAID network whilst also increasing her annual sales by nearly 9%.

On being presented with the award, she said, “This makes me so very proud. Gaining the title of ‘Franchisee of the Year’ in such a challenging and highly competitive market is an enormous accolade. It is tremendous recognition for all the hard work my staff have put into the business and I thank all those who have supported me this year. This has certainly spurred me on to achieve even greater success next year!”
