HR solutions franchise urges franchisors to improve their recruitment process

Survey participants also highlighted the growing interest in psychometric profiling as a means to enhance a company’s recruitment process with 71% of respondents agreeing that their current recruitment practice could benefit from the use of this type of management tool.
