EmbroidMe paves way for expansion across the United Kingdom
EmbroidMe, which is, it says, the world’s largest embroidery, screen printing and promotional products franchise, opened its flagship store in Northampton in 2006. At the National Franchise Exhibition, which was held at Birmingham’s NEC on 5th & 6th October 2007, it then launched the UK roll out of its franchise operation.
Bill Soutar, managing director of EmbroidMe UK, commented on the roll out saying, “We are delighted to be announcing the roll out of the UK EmbroidMe franchise operation. Our Northampton store has traded extremely successfully since its launch in June 2006 and has exceed its pre-launch targets. We now look forward to opening outlets throughout the UK.”
According to the company, EmbroidMe provides a one-stop shop solution for embroidery, screen printing and promotional product requirements. The network, which is part of the United Franchise Group, was first franchised in Florida in 2001. The network currently consists of 400 stores in 10 countries around the globe with the Entrepreneur Magazine naming it the fastest growing franchise of its kind for the last six years.
