DilaraGroup appoints master franchisee in the Gulf region

The UK-based DilaraGroup has announced that it has signed a master franchise agreement in the Gulf region. This means, the company says, that the Group now has a firm presence in the region with the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman all now having been franchised.

The DilaraGroup's core business lies in selling jewellery, fashion, accessories and perfumes and combines both online and offline retail. According to the company, it offers franchisees three brands, DilaraModa, DilaraOnline and GlamourTower. GlamourTower outlets are small shops located as a shop-in-shop in, for example, hotels or beauty salons. DilaraModa stores operate as fashion consultancies offering fashion, accessories, jewellery and perfumes with the stores being staffed by highly trained consultants with a personal styling service.

Patrick Mauser, managing director of the company, explained that the DilaraGroup's core retail principles have been embraced in the Middle East. “The company will develop a highly sophisticated distribution centre in Dubai from which we will export our products throughout the Middle East,” he said. “Our scientific approach to retail has captured global interest and we receive enquiries from all corners of the world. We are thrilled to have such a strong presence in the Middle East with Dubai, the shopping capital of the world, as the location for our regional offices.”
