Clarion Hotel Cork in Ireland wins International Hotel of the Year Award
A report published on the Internet portal, prnewswire, has revealed that The Clarion Hotel Cork, Ireland has been named the International Hotel of the Year by Choice Hotels International, Inc. which is franchisor of the Clarion brand. According to the information provided, the award was accepted by Charlie Sheil, general manager of the hotel, on behalf of the hotel’s owner Clarion Hotels Ireland at the company's 54th annual convention held last month in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The International Hotel of the Year Award is presented each year by Choice Hotels to the hotels that demonstrate lodging excellence. The panel of judges take a number of aspects into account including maintenance, cleanliness and branding. The hotels taking part must have been part of the Choice network for at least twelve months.
