Beginning of April: The British & International Franchise Exhibition
People interested in learning more about franchising and becoming a franchisee should note the following event in their diaries: the British & International Franchise Exhibition is opening its doors to the public at Olympia, London, on 4th and 5th April 2008. The event is being held in association with the British Franchise Association, the bfa, and is being supported by a number of organizations including the Daily Mail newspaper.
According to the organizers, a large number of franchisors from many different business sectors will be attending the event to present their products, services and franchise concept to those interested. Furthermore, franchise lawyers, consultants and banking specialists will also be on hand to provide advice on setting up as a franchisee.
Besides having the opportunity to talk to these people, visitors to the event can join in the seminars and conferences which are being run parallel to the exhibition. The bfa, for example, shall be holding its seminars which it has put together for prospective franchisees and franchisors. Furthermore, people can take part in the “Growing Your Own Business Exhibition & Conference” or visit the various special zones, such as the “Find Your Franchise Zone” or the “Exhibitor Presentation Theatre”.
