Autosmart wins franchising award

Autosmart has announced that it recently won the Franchise Business Award 2012 in France. According to the information provided, the award is a joint initiative between la Fédération française de la franchise (French Franchise Association) and Franchise Expo Paris. The judging panel selected Autosmart based on the originality of its concept, its professionalism and the success of its franchisees throughout Europe.

Commenting on the award, Autosmart’s managing director, Sophie Atkinson said, “We’re delighted by the award. It is a double celebration for Autosmart as we also recently received the British Franchise Association award, in conjunction with HSBC, for “Best Franchisee Support” in the UK. With over 30 years’ experience, we know what it takes to recruit the right franchisees and help them to become very profitable. It’s lovely to have this achievement recognised by both the bfa and the FFF."

Autosmart International was established in the UK in 1979 and today is one of the leading suppliers of vehicle cleaning products to traders in many territories around the world. The company develops and manufactures all of its own products and distributes them exclusively through its international network of franchisees. Each franchisee operates from a ‘mobile showroom’ – a purpose-built vehicle laid out inside like a supermarket. The customer comes on board, sees the full range of products and tries out the ones he is interested in. He then takes immediate delivery and can start using the product straight away.
