Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ

What are pilot units?

These are units owned by the franchisor, which are
used to check the profitability of the business under identical conditions to
those which will subsequently be applied to the franchise network.
Pilot
units can also be used to fulfil two additional objectives:
a) as training
centres for new franchisees
b) to try out new goods or services, prior to
rollout across the whole network.
