Century 21 Real Estate launches master franchise in Brazil

Last month, Century 21 Real Estate LLC announced that it had continued its expansion in South America with the signing of a master franchise agreement to open CENTURY 21® franchises in Brazil. The master franchise comprises the three partners, Antonio R. Martinez, David L. Moyer and Robert K. Menescal, and they shall be operating in the country as CENTURY 21 Brazil.

Tom Kunz, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC, commented, “Our entrance into Brazil is exciting and continues to illustrate our determination to grow our franchise internationally through talented and entrepreneurial local professionals. CENTURY 21 is already active in two other South American markets: CENTURY 21 Colombia was established in 2003 and CENTURY 21 Venezuela in 1999.
