Santa Fe Cattle Co. Steakhouse opens new restaurant in Hammond, LA
The Santa Fe Cattle Co. (SFCC) roadhouse style steak restaurant chain has announced the opening of its first franchise unit. According to the information provided, MVP LLC, the first Santa Fe Cattle Co franchisee, opened its first location on June 8th.
MVP principle Shane Morrison said, "The Hammond location marks the first of three SFCC units MVP plans to develop and operate over the next twelve months." This is the 4th new unit the company has opened in 2009.
Santa Fe Cattle Co. is operated by Santa Fe Holding Company. The restaurants offer their customers a range of steaks, ribs and fajitas as well as homemade sauces and dressings. Santa Fe Holding Company is, it says, as one of the fastest growing concepts in the restaurant industry and is flourishing despite the troubled economy. In 2008, revenue grew by over 57% and the company is projecting revenue growth of over 50% and expects to add 8 to 10 new stores in 2009. (kbp)
