before getting involved.
The brand’s reputation and the transmission of know

The
moderator
His role is to visit franchisees, to organize meetings and committees… he
shouldn’t be a salesman to the franchisees but must be attentive to their needs,
he must help them find information and apply proven methods. Networks often need
moderators specialized in different sectors.
Training
Training is fundamental for performance development. Good networks regularly
invite its members to regional and/or national meetings which also contribute to
an exchange of experience and to the network’s coherence.
To know if
services are worth the royalties, a meeting with existing franchisees is a must!
