Scottish Franchise Showcase: Discover how to become your own boss
The Scottish Franchise Showcase, an event held in association with the British Franchise Association (bfa), is being held at the Glasgow Royal Concert Halls on 5 June 2009 and will be featuring bfa seminars and franchisor-led case studies in its comprehensive conference programme. Furthermore, visitors will be able to interact with a range of franchised businesses each offering those interested the chance to transform their career and run their own business.
The exhibition is free to attend and the cost of attending the bfa seminars
is £10. This cost includes entry to all seminars as well as a free buffet lunch
in the VIP lounge.
This is the only franchise event in Scotland
whose exhibitors are all British Franchise Association (bfa) approved
franchises. All franchise opportunities, franchise advice and business guidance,
therefore, given by the exhibitors meet the bfa’s standard.
The British Franchise Association seminars, which are being headed by panellists who are all either bfa affiliated or bfa members, will be looking at subjects such as ‘Why franchising can work in an economic downturn’, ‘Buying a franchise: How can I raise the funds?’ and ‘Is your business ready to be franchised?’. There will also be time available for those attending to network with the exhibitors.
The Scottish Franchise Showcase is being held on Friday 5 June 2009 and is open to visitors from 10am to 5pm.
