Martin & Co enhances its franchise package
Martin & Co, one of the UK's leading residential lettings and property management brands, has announced that it has started 2009 by further improving its already comprehensive franchise package.
Whilst the franchise fee remains at the same level for the 6th year running with royalties (management services fee) fixed at a competitive rate, training and support for Martin & Co franchise owners has been enhanced. According to the information given, the training package now includes additional specialist courses over the first 12 months of running the business in addition to the classroom, mentor and launch training already provided.
Founded just over a decade ago, Martin & Co has, it says, built up one of the UK's leading residential lettings and property management brands. The company currently has over 150 franchised offices throughout the UK and is aiming to have 200 offices on all of the key high streets in the UK by the end of this decade and 400 by the time Martin & Co is fully mature.
