Dahler & Company: five new franchise offices in 2008
According to a report published in the "Welt", the Hamburg-based real estate business, Dahler & Company, has opened up five new offices this year. This franchise business is also intending to set up ten further offices over the next two years with preference being given to areas such as Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Berlin. Furthermore, the real estate franchisor is looking to launch its concept at luxury resorts in international holiday regions by concluding franchise agreements. Such regions include centres of culture such as Florence as well as popular holiday destinations such as Mexico, Portugal or the Caribbean.
According to the "Welt" report, the franchise system is the third-largest real estate business in Germany active in the sector for exclusive residential property. The company, that received the quality seal from the German Franchise Association in 2006, has been concentrating on expanding its franchise network since last year.
Dahler & Company was founded as a real estate business for exclusive properties in 1993. The company currently has 30 offices in Germany and Austria both as company-owned and franchise-run businesses. The company’s services range from property management to selling real estate to developing property projects. (kbp)
