Airest planning cooperation with franchisees

According to a report published in the ‘Standard’, Airest, one of the leading restaurant businesses in Austria, has taken over "Fast Food Services", the largest restaurant operator at Prague Airport. The company operates eleven restaurants there as well as two delicatessen shops. The purchase price, the ‘Standard’ says, lay at 14.5 million euros.

Plans are for the company to cooperate with franchisees, for example for coffee shops. According to the ‘Standard’, the business has a market share of 60 percent and has a turnover of around ten million euros. (kbp)
